Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of beforehandleads.com (the "Site"), operated by Hunt Orca LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Beforehand Leads ("Beforehand Leads," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about our services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services on specific terms. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us (a "Service Agreement"). If these Terms conflict with a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.

2. Free consultations and signal maps

We may offer free consultations or free signal maps. These are provided for general informational purposes, without obligation on either side and without any guarantee of results. A signal map reflects our good-faith assessment based on the information you share and publicly available information at the time. You are responsible for how you use it, including complying with all laws that apply to your business and your outreach. We may decline or limit free offerings at our discretion.

3. No guarantee of results

Examples, demo builds, and descriptions on the Site illustrate our approach. They are not promises of any particular lead volume, conversion rate, revenue, or other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Your responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malicious code
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without our written permission
• Provide false or misleading information when contacting us

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, animations, logos, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own informational use. No other license is granted. Ownership of systems and deliverables created for clients is addressed in the applicable Service Agreement.

6. Third-party services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services, such as scheduling tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or compliance advice.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEFOREHAND LEADS AND HUNT ORCA LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY FREE CONSULTATION OR SIGNAL MAP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR ANY FREE OFFERING WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beforehand Leads, Hunt Orca LLC, and its members from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site, apart from any Service Agreement.
